Professional Golfer, LPGA
Mikaela Parmlid
We're keeping this Golf
Pro's feet fresh on and off
the course, and we think
that's pretty cool. We
asked Mikaela to share
with us how Summer Soles
are helping her.

"Playing 18 holes of golf in the hot Arizona sun, I needed
something to keep my feet dry. Summer Soles allow my
feet to breathe in even the hottest, muggiest conditions.

I use them on and off the golf course - and in my Puma
workout shoes. They really help because the shoes are
all leather and not breathing too well so Summer Soles
have been absolutely great."

Mikaela's Personal Bio:

BIRTHPLACE:
Gothenburg, Sweden
PRO: September 2003

Mikaela has been compared to Annika Sorenstam. In 2005, Annika's swing coach, Henri Reis, anointed Mikaela the most likely Swedish candidate to succeed Annika at the top. Mikaela is also the only Swede, other than Annika, to win the NCAA individual title.

Mikaela joined the LPGA tour in 2004. She finished her first season on the LPGA making the cut in 11 out of 18 tournaments, scoring top 50 in six of them, and making herself comfortable on the leader-board in three tournaments. She accomplished this despite the fact that she had to Monday qualify for most of the events.

As a result of the 2004 season, Mikaela improved her status for 2005. After finishing top 10 at the Takefuji Classic in Las Vegas in early April, she improved her status further and qualified for most of the remaining events. She played a total of 18 LPGA events in 2005 and 4 European tour events (LET). She finished number 95th on the 2005 LPGA Tour money list, leaving her with the number one conditional card entering the 2006 season.

2006 will be Mikaela's first season without Monday qualifiers. Her status will allow her to plan her season in advance, choose which events to enter and schedule practice time with her new coach during the season. Mikaela has used the off-season to gear-up and she has never been in better shape than she is right now. She is ready and eager to start winning tournaments in 2006.

Keep your eyes on this girl in the near future; she has great potential to reach the stars.
